Okay, it's official. Things that screw with your mind and make you ask, "What the [expletive] just happened?!" are the best April Fools gifts ever. :D

Well, considering that TMs are actually just CDs you place on your pokemon's head in the game, I don't believe the TM 34 thing is completely following canon knowledge. Furthermore, TM 34 was never Morning Sun, and the second generations were carefully planned so that you couldn't trade back pokemon knowing moves that didn't exist in the first games, so I dunno where that line of logic came from. (Why yes I am a life-long pokemon nerd; how did you guess?)
The comic's just playing with the idea of questioning the pursuit of happiness, I think. The characters kind of failed to realize that happiness may not be synonymous with satisfaction, though.
Also, the two human characters here are fun! I could stand a whole comic with them. The girl especially was funny because she was just so bombastic, and also she didn't have a huge rack plastered on her, so that made her more personable.

The way I see it:
A man creates a new brain that joins human empathy with supercomputer. The two other characters suggest that he has achieved true enlightenment, complete satisfaction. They realize that "society runs on dissatisfaction" that all the achievements and efforts of man have been fueled by dissatisfaction. Evolution has been selecting those who want the most all along.
Then Zen pika comes to take his enlightened comrade away in the morning sun tm.
Its very funny but raises a delightful idea about enlightenment as well.
A perfect follow up to the first pika comic.

"Truely happy people do nothing, and therefore are a threat to society because society runs on disfunction and people trying to obtain their goals"
...strangely that makes sense to me, and now I don't know weather to laugh or be scared of this...

Let the discussion begin.
A Technical Machine, or TM for short (Japanese: わざマシン Move Machine), is a machine used by Pokémon Trainers to teach a Pokémon a new move that it might not otherwise learn.
TM34, depending on the generation, was Bide, Swagger, Shockwave or Sludge Wave.
Interestingly enough, if you were to trade a first-generation pokémon to second generation, level up until they learned a new move, then trade back to the first generation wherein the TM didn't exist. The second generation result of this TM34 is called: Morning Sun.
Now I know you're asking yourself, "What does it all mean?", and to address that I'd just like to begin by saying: Pika.
