I'm kind of thinking along Destrustor's line. If they actually can manipulate the present, why go through all the threat - and - stress production of their current strategy? Couldn't they get what they want without "disturbing the environment" and announcing their presence to a more primitive society, thus changing their natural progression? Are they the galactic version of strip miners? |

I think they can't do the same thing with the sun because there is no life on it, such things that are necessary for the process they just used (since one alien mentioned that a network needs to be present, I guess a network only present with living beings?). By the way, what was the april fool's for nofna this year? I didn't see one. |

Wait, if they can scan, copy, destroy and rebuild AN ENTIRE PLANET in the span of five minutes or so, Why can't they just make a copy of the sun and take that one with them instead? |

Knew it. Those sneaky guys. I wonder what is so darn special about our sun that they want it? And this page is simply amazing. The cityscape, the incredible colorburst in the center, all the characters (is that the same crazyflambouyant guy who advertised the chromeputer there?)... so beautiful. |
