oh god, pain in dreams. if it were not feeling that, so many of my strange dreams won't be so bad. but when you have dreams of pulling needles out of your body that lay horizontally under your skin, and there could be like, endless ones in your face, throat, crotch, legs. |

Yeah, pain is real in dreams. It doesn't function the same, but... I feel that most things in dreams that aren't directed by yourself act on expectations, and pain is a very possible result if you expect it. |

I'm impressed he stayed asleep! Even when you know it's a dream hard shocks can be difficult to not wake from. He's showing very good respect to the physical harmlessness and usually dulled pain a dream represents. Still, not just his psyche now. No telling what can happen from here... |
